Lead Time/ Delivery

Every product I offer is made to order and prioritized in the order we receive them. This means it takes time before we can ship out an item. My current lead time is 1-2 weeks, and will be shipped out within 2 days of completion.

Shipping

Local Pickup:

If you use the discount code LOCAL you can pick up your order at The Little Market Box. located at 332 20th St W, Saskatoon. Their hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Within Canada:

I ship via Canada Post. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within Canada I offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

Shipping outside Canada:

I ship throughout North America. However, I am not responsible for lost or returned items. Please ensure the address is correct when checking out. All international orders are shipped at the buyer's risk. North America orders almost always arrive shipping standard international.

Payment

I accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

Returns

All items are final sale. A thorough check is done before shipping any product, but if manufacture defects are found, I will absolutely replace upon valid proof.

What Leather do we use?

We use all vegetable/chrome tanned hides from some of the best tanneries in the world. Understand that hides might look slightly different than in photos, due to natural imperfections, availability and the tanning process itself.

 If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
